Operated by: McGregor-Marquette Center for the Arts
We have a unique opportunity to have a retail gallery operated by our non-profit. We offer opportunities to artists within 100 miles to sell and display their work. Absolutely everything in our gift shop is handmade in the heartland of the United States and offered in McGregor Iowa! Each item we offer has a unique story woven by the inspiration and creativity of each artist. We believe art enhances our lives and love sharing it with you.
The Left Bank Shop & Gallery is a Gift shop run by The McGregor- Marquette Center for the Arts, a non-profit organization! The majority of your purchase goes directly to the artist! We rely on your support as we utilize our resources to offer free art programs for local children, offer adult classes and nourish creative expression of the arts in our community.
The McGregor-Marquette Center for the Arts has been in operation since 2008 in the former Russo Building in McGregor Iowa and now occupies 158 Main street, the former First National Bank. In 2009 the MMCA created the Arts Afterschool Program and forged a relationship with MFL-MarMac Schools to allow children to attend our winter and spring classes. We are partially funded by the city, commissions on sales, the generosity of members and grants to be available for you! Support us through donations, or simply by shopping.
